My partner is immunocompromised and I kindly made request for an extra-thorough clean and room far from potential cigarette smoke. Lucy went above and beyond and proudly organized all my requests. Due to availability, she actually gave us a free upgrade. The proximity of the room was on the end farther from the bistro and game room. We didn't make use of the spa, but really enjoyed the extra space. We personally found the beds very comfortable, and we usually struggle with this sort of thing, even in 5 star hotels. We were fond of the little complimentary Belgian biscuits in the tea cupboard and regretted not grabbing a few on our way out 😅 This is the second time we've stayed here as we remember it being clean and comfortable from 2 years ago. BIG thankyou Lucy and Ash who checked us in and to the All Seasons room cleaning staff. 😊🙏

Our room was a spa suite on the ground floor. Very clean, spacious, excellent shower. The spa jets were quite weak. The courtyard was the let down, it felt like a prison cell, no plants, just fence and concrete, we did not sit out there at all, definately needs some TLC. Breakfast was sent out quickly and freshly cooked, however the coffee was a disaster! We waited over half an hour and then couldn't drink it. It was so bitter and flat, the extra assistant needs to be trained in coffee making, maybe offer a coffee facility where guests can help themselves? Overall our stay was enjoyable and only small niggles that were a bit annoying.

Room was spacious and clean spa was awesome, loved the welcoming from the friendly staff and when you turned on tv with a welcome info attached.The fluffy robes were an added treat for us. Also the $5 venue voucher for getting your room cleaned daily or if you let them know you didn't need it done you still recieved one . Would come again.

If you don’t want to leave it has everything there, bistro & gaming rooms. Bistro meals are amazing. Bonus happy hour between 4pm-6pm.
